The purse is boss

I have seen this "meme" floating around on other blogs and I love the idea and seeing all the awesome handbags that us bloggers are carrying.  I must be honest, I used to not be a "purse" girl.  But having a fashion-diva-mother-in-law has gotten me excited about the latest purses on the market.  And my newest addition is da bomb! I never officially got tagged for this, but I am playing along anyway.  You see, I like to play by my own rules.

If you care to join along here are the "official" rules of this game:

1) Post a picture of whatever bag you are carrying as of late. No, you cannot go up to your closet and pull out that cute little purse you used back before you had kids. I want to know what you carried today.

2) I want to know how much it cost :) And this is not to judge. This is for entertainment purposes only. So spill it. And if there is a story to go along with how you obtained it, I’d love to hear it.

3) Tag some chicks. And link back to this post so people know why the heck you’re showing everyone your diaper bag/non-diaper bag.

  

I bring you the ever gorgeous and yet always classy Coach and her accessories because how can you carry a stunning coach purse and use your $6 Wal-Mart wallet?  You just can't - that is very wrong.  I feel like a million bucks when I carry this baby around.  And as far as price, I don't know and I don't care to find out.  It was a Christmas gift to me.  But for those of you who are nosy curious, I am sure you can click around on the coach website to find out.  

It's a good thing I didn't do this meme before Christmas.  Then I would have had the humiliation of admitting to you that I have been using a quilted Vera Bradley knock-off $9 purse.  Seriously.  But, in my defense, it was really cute and you could have never guessed it came from one of those dollar stores.  Maybe when you looked close at the quality and saw the 'Made in China' tag, but then again you shouldn't be looking that close at someone's purse.  How rude!
